An amendment was made to the said Act of 2011 by the Karnataka Regulation of Stone Crushers (Amendment) Ordinance, 2020 (for short, "the said Ordinance"). Now the said Ordinance is replaced by the Amendment Act which has been brought into force with effect from 30th March, 2020. It is the date on which the said Ordinance was brought into force.
